MpsPets.com accepts Visa, Matercard, AMEX and Discover. Most orders ship within 2 days. Orders for cat trees generally ship in 1 week (up to 2 weeks during busy periods). Most trees are shipped fully asembled. Larger trees are shipped with assembly instructions. The only tools needed to assemble are a phillips screwdriver and 7/16" wrench or socket. Carpet colors may vary slightly from those viewed online due to different monitor settings. Our trees are guaranteed for 1 year from structural defects, however we do not gaurantee the carpet. Damages from shipment need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for replacement. Returns of general merchandise are accepted within 7 days, however we do not accept returns on cat furniture, beds or crates due to health reasons.
